Information you send is used to evaluate and respond to your inquiry, to run a conflicts check and, where an engagement follows, to provide legal services. The firm does not sell personal information.
Disclosure
Information is disclosed only to firm personnel involved in evaluating or handling your matter, to service providers acting on the firm's instructions and where disclosure is required by law or professional obligation.
Retention and security
Inquiries that do not result in an engagement are retained only as long as necessary for conflicts and recordkeeping purposes. The firm maintains reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, though no transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be secure.
