Ramie AlTawil, Esq. is the Principal Attorney of America's Business & Immigration Boutique, where he represents entrepreneurs, investors, executives, companies and families in U.S. immigration and Florida business matters. Based in Coral Gables, he serves clients throughout Florida and internationally, with particular attention to matters involving cross-border business activity, investment and mobility.
Ramie's immigration practice includes business expansion, investor, employment-based and family immigration matters. The representative experience of the professionals associated with the firm includes approved L-1A petitions involving U.S. business expansion, approved EB-5 investor petitions and family- and employment-based matters through which clients became lawful permanent residents.
Before entering private practice, Ramie served as an Assistant Public Defender in Miami, handling cases ranging from misdemeanors to first-degree felonies and serving as lead counsel in numerous proceedings and trials. That experience continues to inform his approach to evidence, risk assessment, negotiation and client advocacy.
Ramie is admitted to practice in Florida and the District of Columbia, as well as before the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida. He earned his bachelor's degree and Juris Doctor from the University of Miami.
Ramie serves as a Director of the National Arab American Bar Association and as a member of its Law School and Mentorship Committee. He also serves on the board of the Miami-Dade Trial Lawyers Association. He is fluent in English, Arabic and Spanish.
